Payment Process (Bonds/Fines) The Webster Police Department will ONLY ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS after business hours for the payment of municipal fines or bonds. Normal business hours are - Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm Friday 7:30am to 11:30am During normal business hours all fines or bonds are to be paid at the Webster Municipal Court office, located at 101 Pennsylvania Avenue If you need directions or other information please contact the court office at 281-338-6702. Outside of the normal business hours, bonds and fines will be accepted at the Webster Police Department. Bond and fine funds will only be accepted if paid by MONEY ORDER for the exact amount required.
