To keep the facility staffed and fully operational around the clock there is a rotation of 17 officers for this 32 bed facility. Separate cell blocks are maintained for both male and female inmates, keeping them separate for safety. No youth offenders are housed in this location. Anyone who qualifies for bail can be bailed out at any time of the day or night, and with Oklahoma's preset bail for some offences this allows for some detainees to be bailed out and released in the same day, while those who are not charged with offences that fall under those guidelines may be detained for up to 48 hours before receiving a bail hearing.
