About the North Valley Complex

North Valley Complex, located at 4916 North Sloan Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89115. You can contact the jail by phone at 702-671-3900. This faciity is operated by the Metropolitan Police Department. It was designed to handle overcrowding at the Clark County Detention Center. There are 1,080 inmate beds. Both males and females are housed here.

  • REGISTER ONLINE WITH GTL Viapath or in person at the Clark County Detention Center located at 330 South Casino Center Blvd. This includes all visitation for those inmates housed at the North Valley Complex.
  • Online registration is open 24 hours a day.  In person registration at CCDC is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. seven days a week. Visitors will schedule all visits via the Internet.
  • The cost for the 25-minute remote video visit is $6.25, which is .25 cents per minute. Onsite visits are free.
  • You must be on the inmate's visitor list.
  • Inmates are allowed two 25-minute visits per week.
  • A maximum of 3 guests are allowed per inmate.
  • Visitors must have a government issued photo ID.
  • Dress professionally with non-revealing clothing.

Can I purchase Commissary Online for an Inmate in the North Valley Complex, and what can I purchase?

North Valley Complex allows pre-determined commissary packs to be purchased by friends and family of inmates.  

The service they use is called icaregifts.

Instructions

1.    Register here.
2.    Click the "Find an Inmate" button and enter your loved one’s first name, last name, or inmate number. When the information is entered correctly, click the “Search” button to confirm they are in the system.
3.    Select the icare gift you want to send them.
4.    Confirm the order in your confirmation email.
5.    North Valley Complex has up to 30 days to give your icaregift pack to your inmate.
6.    You will receive a confirmation email when it is delivered.

When mailing a letter or postcard to an inmate, please follow these instructions:

  • All mail sent to an inmate at the North Valley Complex must include the sender's name and mailing address in the top left corner of the envelope or postcard.
