The Adult Detention Center Annex, which has an capacity of 200 inmates, is the Work Release Center for the Department of Corrections. While the average stay for an inmate in the Department is ten days, the Work Release Center Annex is much longer as these are inmates who have sentenced and are doing their time. These inmates are typically non-violent, have a proven work history, a positive work ethic and have shown that they can follow the rules of the Work Center with limited supervision.
The Work Release Program in the Annex has three phases:
1. The inmate receives classroom programming on what is expected of them in an employment environment.
2. The inmate begins work as a trusty within the jail, handling cleaning, food prep and general maintenance of the building and grounds.
3. The inmate finds a job outside of the Annex, where they then return each evening.

Video Visitation allows 'approved' friends, family members, attorneys and clergy of an inmate to connect with them using their computer, Securus Video Visitation app, or ‘on-site’ kiosk.

What is the Cost of a Remote Video Visit?
Costs vary and are subject to change, but generally visits range from $5.00 to $15.00 for a 15 to 30 minute online or on-site video visit.
How do you know if your Inmate will be available during the time you schedule?
