Access to a commissary account is available for inmates to receive and spend money on their personal items. Visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Visitors must be over 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID. On-site and 'At Home' Video Visitation is available. Property can be picked up at the Glendale Police Department Property Room. Inmates cannot receive incoming calls but can make unlimited collect phone calls. If an inmate cannot make bail, they are transferred to the Maricopa County 4th Avenue Jail in Phoenix.
