About the Rich County Jail
The Rich County Jail is located in the town of Randolph, Utah, and serve the immediate area. It is a small community jail that is operated by the local sheriff and holds those who have been arrested nearby by any law enforcement agency. Most of those being held in this facility are awaiting bail or a bail hearing, and there are few who stay to serve their sentences. Bail is often set quickly, and those who can afford to pay their bail will be released soon after it is paid. Rich County Sex Offender Registry is also operated from this facility, that houses both the jail and the sheriff offices. To contact the jail or dispatch the phone number is 435-793-2285, and the Sex Registry is 435-793-5169. Out of these offices the court security is also supplied, along with all law enforcement efforts in the area, and they are responsible for any and all corrections initiatives.
