The single story concrete buildings that make up the Montgomery County Jail are known as the East Jail, the West Jail, the South Jail, and the North (or Main) Jail.
It is located right off of Hilbig Road in Conroe, Texas.

A medical department provides around the clock medical care and ensures that all prescriptions are received on time, that all injury and illness is cared for, and that inmates have access to the care that they need throughout their incarceration.
Three meals are provided each day and laundry is completed daily with each of the housing pods receiving clothing, bedding, and towels on a regular schedule.
A law library allows inmates to improve their knowledge on their own cases and the laws surrounding them.
