This academic and vocational center offers a therapeutic residential facility for juvenile males aged 14 to 17. While in the center they will be focused on developing pro-social behaviors and making positive choices for their future. Four main values that are focused on are spirituality, respect, good citizenship, and service to the community, with a strict and structured environment that uses a therapeutic approach to provide youth with the tools to create their future. Along with all basic care, students will be on a strict schedule, it will include physical training, education, counseling, needed treatments, and vocational training that will ensure that each individual has the opportunity to learn both academics and gain job skills that can improve their employability. Along with treatment for any substance abuse the is present, other treatments include emotional regulation, behavioral response, coping with stress, and how to build healthy relationships. Psychotherapy is provided to those who will benefit from it and licensed counselors are onsite. Behavioral therapy is used to help both the student and the family to build relationships, make positive choices, and to have a healthy mind and body. A strict dress code is in place and must be followed, and no contraband may be brought into the center.
