It is located on Fairview Street in Somerset, PA and serves the county of Somerset County. During incarceration inmates will receive mental health care as well as medical care, and they receive three meals a day that are created to have a balanced and healthy diet. Phone accounts can be funded online and permit inmates to make outgoing calls that begin as early as after breakfast and end at lockdown for the night, but they are unable to accept incoming calls.
