About the Love County Jail
The original Love County Jail was built in 1910 and was a combined jail and sheriff’s residence. The sheriff lived on the man floor of the two story building, and the upstairs had jail cells for holding anyone who was arrested in the area. In 2007 this building, located in Marietta, Oklahoma, was added to the National Register of Historic Places. This has offered protection to the site and will ensure that limited changes can be made to the building and that it will remain as a window into the history of the area. The current jail is the booking and holding facility for the entire county, and is located in Marietta, close to the original building. Operated by the Sheriff’s Office, it is staffed around the clock to maintain the safety and security of the inmates and the community. They provide for the needs of the community as well as the inmates. While they are being detained, detainees receive three healthy meals each day, are allowed to make phone calls, and can receive visits from friends or family. By arresting offenders, the sheriff and staff are keeping the community safe for everyone. Benchmark provides the ability to fund the commissary for an inmate and can be deposited to at deposits.jailatm.com and visits are provided by prodigysales.com. Visiting hours for onsite are Monday to Friday 4:30pm -6:30pm and Saturday from 9am until 5pm.

Inmate Money Accounts

How Do You Deposit Money for an Inmate in the Love County Jail?

There are FOUR options for putting money on an inmate's books:

Option 1 - Dropping Money at the Jail
Bring money to the jail in person.
Either the jail personnel will process the Inmate Account payment or you will use a Jail ATM self-serve kiosk in the lobbies that accepts cash, debit or credit cards.

Option 2 - Deposit Inmate Money Online
Love County Jail uses Jail ATM to process all online deposits to an inmate's account. The company charges you a small fee for doing so, but the fee probably isn't as much as gas and parking would cost to take it to the jail in person.

Option 3 - Mail the Inmate Deposit to the Jail
Mailing a deposit takes more time to process than the other methods but can be done if you live too far away to bring it in person and you don't have a debit/credit card for online deposits. Never send cash. Always send a Money Order from the US Post Office, a reputable bank or Western Union. Call the Love County Jail first as they may want you to do this online or at the jail kiosk instead.
Make the Money Order out to the inmate's name and put their Inmate ID# in memo section of the Money Order.

To do this you will need the inmate's offender # (inmate ID #) and full legal name.
