Those who are convicted of crimes in the local court are housed at this facility both before their trial and after. It is a small housing facility that accommodates only local offenders and those that have been through the local court system, and has a small capacity compared to other local facilities. In some instances ICE or Border Patrol will house inmates at this location for short periods of time, and the facility and staff are maintained at or above the standards set out by all regulations. Inmates are permitted to have sent to them 3 pairs of socks, 3 pairs of underwear, 2 tshirts, one pair of sweatpants and shirt, 1 pair of thermal underwear and a pair of shorts, 3 bras, and 1 paperback book along with games that are still sealed and do not have metal pieces.
