Most inmates who arrive at the North Bergen Municipal jail, which is located within the city of North Bergen, NJ, will not remain at the facility for longer than two or three days. The small holding facility is used by all law enforcement within the area and is able to do all booking procedures and gather all needed information on contacts, medical needs, and past charges.
