The Washington County Jail believes in the importance of their inmates having an opportunity to have visits from family and friends. When an inmate is released he or she needs to return home, and closeness to their family is one of the strongest reasons that keeps them from getting in trouble again.
One way that Washington County Jail is able to accomplish this is with on-site visitation, and video visitation using City Telecoin.

Inmate Visitation
IMPORTANT - All remote visitation at the Washington County Jail is conducted by City Tele Coin video.
You can visit your inmate at the jail, or from your own device or computer at home.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office provides a video kiosk in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office free of charge.
Visitation is limited to 10 minutes per visitor per day. Visitors must call ahead and follow ALL visitation guidelines.
If not coming to the Sheriff's Office, you may visit with an inmate using City Tele Coin fom home.
Video visitations are monitored and visitors MUST follow visitor guidelines. Visitors that are found to violate these guidelines, will have their visitation privileges suspended.

Jail visits at Washington County Jail are conducted in-person behind plexiglass or via video screen from a remote location.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and proof of guardianship is required.
Ensure that all personal belongings, except your government-issued ID, are left in your vehicle or stored in a locker if available.
Children must be supervised at all times during the visit, or the visit may be cut short by jail staff.
