The East Central Regional Juveniles Center is located in Lino Laked, Minnesota, and houses juveniles who are 10 to 18 years old who are being detained for any reason. Residents are separated into housing units with 12 juveniles who have the same gender, are around the same age, and who are facing charges of a similar seriousness.
