During any incarceration there are several programs to improve life and social skills to better prepare inmates for reintegration into their community when they are finished with their sentence. Part of that is basic education, while others are rehabilitative sessions, and all of the necessary medical and mental health care is provided by onsite professionals with access to outside care as needed.
Healthy meals are provided and there is access to clean laundry and bedding, along with access to communication with friends and family who are outside of the jail as a way to improve mental health, which improves the safety of the staff and inmates.
