The single story, brown brick Crittenden County Detention Center in Marion, Kentucky has a capacity for 133 inmates and it covers an area of 28,769 square feet. It is so overcrowded that on a regular basis, the jail has as many 260 inmates in custody, twice its rated capacity.

The devices are similar to common handheld tablets, but are made exclusively by GettingOut, a GTL / Viapath company.
