The goals of the facility are public safety and protection of the community, provide for all basic needs of the youth, protect the legal rights of all juveniles in the facility, provide for their emotional, religious, educational, and social needs of each juvenile, and to keep their housing environment safe, secure, and positive. Programs are provided in order to support the rehabilitation and development of the youth while they are within their care, and ensure that the youth appear at all necessary court dates and other requirements.
