It is one of the most detailed inmate search and jail roster databases of any county in the state of Florida.
The Charlotte County Jail runs several rehabilitative programs for the inmates; Anger Management, Substance Abuse, AA, NA, Parenting, and Domestic Violence. They also do other things such as coordinating with local retailers to accept donations of wilted or dying plants. These plants are then revitalized and repurposed to non-profit and county events throughout the year.
The Jail provides video visitation, both on-site (in the video visitation center) and remotely (at your home from your own device) for inmates to stay in touch with their families and friends. The visitation schedule can be found in the section below this one and on our Inmate visitation page.
You can receive phone calls from an inmate, send them money and commissary, exchange mail and even email mail using an online service. All of this is detailed in the sections below on this page.
