The modern brick building that houses the 45 bed Clark County Jail flows into a connection with the courthouse, and is directly across from Juvenile Probation and surrounded by other Clark County buildings and law enforcement. This location provides easy transportation to court dates and appointments, and the large building covers the entire block on one side, providing for all of the detention needs of the community.
Male and female inmates, arrested on both misdemeanors or felonies throughout Clark County are booked and incarcerated here both before their trial, if they are unable to make bail, and/or after if they are serving a sentence of only a few months or waiting transfer.

How Do You Deposit Money for an Inmate in the Clark County Jail?
There are three choices for putting money on an inmate's books:
Choice 1 - Dropping Money at the Jail
Bring money to the jail in person.
Jail personnel will process the Inmate Account payment.
