The center has extensive new security features and areas for administration, incarceration, kitchen, dining, recreation, and a medical clinic. A new Jail to Work program for women being released from the Claiborne County Jail provide rehabilitation services, including therapy, substance use treatment and life skills to women housed in the new facility. After eight to 12 weeks, the women can graduate and reenter society and the workforce.
