The small holding facility is in the same building as the Sheriff, and they are responsible for the daily operation of the facility. While being held in this location there is the ability to have visitors, however they are via a video system and no longer face to face visits. Visits can also be made from home with the use of a video and internet enabled device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet. Each visit must be scheduled at least one full day before the visit time, and each inmate is allowed to have two visits each day of 20 minutes. Once an account is created money can be added online or through the kiosk in the lobby of the jail.
