Standing one story high in dulled brick and including a large, fenced recreation yard, it operates around the clock and can be contacted by calling 410-758-3817 for any concerns about an inmate, and also maintains an online look up for the status of offenders.
During incarceration there are services to meet all basic needs including physical with hygiene supplies, nutritional meals, and medical care, emotional and mental health with counseling and other supports, spiritual care through optional religious services, and educational opportunities to support personal growth. Drug and alcohol addiction classes, GED, library, and recreational opportunities are all provided to assist inmates in reducing recidivism and being prepared for a successful life after incarceration.
Visiting is encouraged, and there are scheduled visits provided by calling 410-758-3817, with no visits occurring during mealtimes of 11am-12pm or 3:30pm-5:30pm. Visits are 30 minutes and inmates are provided with one visit each week, visiting hours onsite are 9am-9pm with A and F Pod on Friday, B Pod Monday, C Pod Tuesday, D Pod Wednesday, E Pod Thursday, H&G Pod Saturday and I Pod Sunday.
Visits by video remotely can be accessed online.
With commissary purchases, family or friends may add money to that account to help supply the inmate with their needs.
